Processing of Oranges and Mandarins



The production process detailed below is followed for oranges and mandarins:
1) Collection of raw material and quality control
carried out by agricultural experts.

2) Sorting of the products.

3) Washing.

4) Drying.

5) Waxing.

6) Automatic classification of the products by size.

7) Packaging either manually with placement in carton boxes or with girsack
and placement in carton boxes.

8) Pre-cooling at +3 - +5 °C.

9) Products' loading in refrigerator trucks.

Processing of Grapes



The production process detailed below is followed for grapes:
1) Collection of raw material.

2) Storage in cooling chambers.

3) Sorting of the products
and removal of impurities.

4) Packaging in plastic punnets.

5) Pre-cooling at 0 °C- +1 °C.

6) Cooling at 2 °C.

7) Products' loading in refrigerator trucks.
